1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available before we have initiated the filing process with the relevant government authorities. Once the filing has been submitted, we cannot offer a refund of our service fees or state fees.
48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
You are eligible for a full refund of our service fee if you cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided that we have not yet started the document preparation or filing process.
2. Company Closure Services
In the event that you decide to close your business, Webcco offers dissolution services. Please note that state fees for dissolution are non-refundable once paid to the government. Service fees for closure assistance follow the same 48-hour eligibility rule mentioned above.
